Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement applies to Zelox subscription services, including automatically renewing membership plans. By purchasing or using a Zelox membership, you agree to this agreement, the Terms of Service, and applicable Apple purchase terms.
Membership Plans
Membership Benefits
During an active subscription period, Zelox members may access supported premium benefits, including ad-free Expression Helper message generation, ad-free use of selected inspiration draft features, and active membership status inside the app.
Automatic Renewal Service
The automatic renewal service is provided to help members avoid interruption of membership benefits when the current membership period is about to expire. When you choose an automatically renewing plan, you authorize Zelox and the applicable payment channel to process renewal charges according to the selected billing cycle.
Billing Cycle
Zelox may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription cycles. The available plans, prices, and durations are shown in the app purchase page and App Store purchase sheet. After purchase, the membership period will be extended according to the selected subscription cycle if renewal is completed successfully.
Automatic Debit Rules
If you enable automatic renewal, the payment channel may charge the next subscription fee before the current membership period ends, according to Apple’s App Store rules. This renewal charge may be processed without requiring you to enter a password or verification code again at the time of each renewal.
Unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal deadline required by Apple, the renewal authorization remains valid. If a renewal attempt fails because of insufficient balance, expired payment method, or another payment issue, Apple or the payment channel may retry according to its own rules.
Once renewal is successful, Zelox will activate the membership benefits for the renewed billing cycle. The actual renewal price is subject to the price displayed by Apple or the agreed promotional terms, if any, at the time of purchase or renewal.
Cancellation Method
You can manage or cancel subscriptions on an Apple device by opening the App Store, tapping your Apple account avatar, entering the subscriptions management area, and selecting Zelox to cancel the subscription. You may also manage subscriptions through Apple ID settings where available.
Subscription status updates may not appear instantly inside Zelox. The membership status displayed by Apple and the app after validation will be used to determine whether member benefits are active.
Cancellation and Refunds
Before cancellation is completed, any renewal instruction that has already been validly submitted to the payment channel may still be processed. Zelox does not promise refunds or compensation for fees charged before cancellation is completed. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Membership Availability
Membership benefits apply only while the subscription remains active and recognized by the app. If a subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be validated, member-only benefits may become unavailable.
Fair Use
Membership is for personal use by the eligible user. You may not attempt to bypass subscription validation, misuse membership benefits, or use automated methods to abuse the service.
Changes to Benefits
Zelox may adjust membership features over time to improve the product, comply with platform requirements, or maintain service quality. Material changes will be reflected in the app or related pages where appropriate.
Relationship to Other Terms
This agreement supplements the Zelox Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this agreement and Apple’s mandatory purchase terms, Apple’s applicable terms may control for App Store billing matters.
