These Terms of Service govern your use of Zelox. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zelox.
Subscriptions and member benefits are governed by our Membership Agreement.

Eligibility
Zelox is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Zelox, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
App Purpose
Zelox helps users remember meaningful dates, plan celebrations, create message ideas, manage reminders, customize visual themes, and use in-app rewards. The app is for personal organization and lifestyle use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zelox lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the app, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use the app in a way that harms others.
User Content
You are responsible for the dates, notes, photos, plans, and other content you add to Zelox. Most personal app content is stored on your device. You should keep your device secure and maintain any backups you consider important.
Subscriptions and Coins
Zelox offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Subscriptions may unlock membership benefits during the active paid period. Coins are virtual items used only inside Zelox for supported features such as theme unlocking, reminders, and mission refreshes. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the app.
Third-Party Services
Purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Apple. Your use of Apple services may be subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Zelox is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to offer a reliable and polished experience, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelox and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zelox after changes means you accept the updated terms.
