Zelox collects a user ID that helps the app recognize your local app session and maintain basic service continuity.
Zelox collects coin balance and coin transaction-related status so that purchased or consumed virtual items can be reflected inside the app.
Zelox collects subscription status, plan type, and expiration information so that membership features can be activated during the valid subscription period.
Information Stored on Your Device
Anniversary names, dates, relationship labels, importance levels, photos, notes, planning details, reminder preferences, style choices, rewards, and other personal app content are stored locally on your device for app functionality. We do not collect this content on our servers.
How We Use Information
We use the limited collected information to provide app access, display coin balances, process virtual item use, confirm subscription benefits, maintain purchase-related status, prevent accidental entitlement loss, and support basic customer requests.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Zelox offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Purchases may be processed through Apple. Apple may handle payment information under its own policies. Zelox does not collect or store your full payment card information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate purchases, comply with law, protect rights, or respond to valid legal requests.
Data Retention
User ID, coin information, and subscription information may be retained while needed to provide the app service, maintain entitlements, resolve support requests, or comply with applicable obligations. Local app content remains on your device unless you delete it or clear app data.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the limited information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may clear app data inside Zelox where available. You may also manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
